in the craddle of silenceThe unfolding of new opportunities for sharing my love of Qigong with you will soon be here in 2019.  This past year has been a time of reflection and of integration of new learning from various avenues, such as: moving meditations; guided and silent meditations;  contact improvisation dance; sculpture; rock mandalas; paintings; writings; and art photography.  These pointed me towards a direction of new ideas and proposals and also supported me to be creative, relaxed, open, and breathing into being ready to receive and accept transformation, and to give my gifts in the world. My renewed embodiment transformed and nourished the teachings of Qigong.  I am so grateful for my deepening relationship with the practice of Qigong.

Please stay tuned.

In the meantime, may peace be in your heart, all around you and in the world.
